Chris Ford has spent over a decade at the intersection of sales, psychology, and strategy - building, leading, and scaling high-impact, customer-facing teams at some of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies in the world.
His career kicked off at an early-stage, Vista-backed SaaS company in North Carolina, where he helped lay the foundation for massive growth before the company was acquired for $540M. From there, he played a pivotal role in scaling a Salt Lake City-based AI & ML company from a few million in revenue to $30M in just two years. Most recently, he led North American Solutions at Clari, helping drive growth from $15M to $150M+ ARR - contributing to its $2.6B valuation. He now serves as the Head of Solutions at Copy.ai, transforming how companies apply AI solutions to their GTM motion.
Beyond his corporate career, Chris is on a mission to decode what makes people say “yes” - helping people and businesses communicate in a way that drives action.
